We think our Receptionist is the “Ambassador of First Impressions.” Ensuring that Mark’s customer has the best experience possible while visiting the office is what Cynthia strives for each day. From a professional, friendly greeting to acknowledging each customer by name, Cynthia is proud to add that special touch that makes all the difference. Coordinating all conference rooms, deliveries and closings is also part of Cynthia’s day-to-day routine. We understand that there is only one opportunity to make a great first impression, and that’s why our Ambassador collaborates with all personnel to ensure an exceptional experience at the Lakewood Ranch office.
Our Listing Coordinator is the resource for everything that has to do with listing properties, making sure the home hits the market in the best and quickest way possible. Ann processes Mark’s listing packages by following the Listing Checklist, entering it into the MLS and loading the photography onto the MSC FTP site for the Marketing Team to use in collateral to market the sellers home. Once processed, Ann sends a personal email to the seller which includes a copy of their MLS information and all of the listing documents that the owners have signed. Ann works with Mark to ensure that we are displaying our properties in the best light to attract the most buyers.
We all love contracts, and Marla is our resource when a property goes under contract. Whether Marks clients are on the listing side and another agent brings the buyer, or we have the buyer, Marla processes all contract paperwork. As Closing coordinator, Marla uses the Contract Checklist to ensure that thc contract package is complete. She also processes the clients Escrow Deposit Checks and then ensures that they are delivered to Mark in time for closing. Marla also changes the status in MLS to Pending and Sold. Marla is there to ensure that the contract package is complete, making the process from contract to closing as seamless as possible for the customer.
Gris has over 15 years in the mortgage banking business. Ensuring every loan closes smoothly while enhancing the customer experience throughout this exciting, but very important, process. He is available to answer questions throughout the day – even evenings and weekends. Hi, I’m Erin Fleeman and I joined Baldwin Krystyn Sherman Partners in June of 2018. I have over 20 years of experience in the Florida insurance industry, specializing in strategic risk management for individuals and families. In 2008, I participated in a yearlong international program where I earned my CMSR (Certified Master Service Representative) designation and was in the top ten of my class. I also hold the designation of CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative).
With a lifelong passion for soccer, I played throughout my youth and have continued in recent years on two local women’s leagues as well as coaching youth teams. If you don’t see me on the soccer field, you may find me on the water, as I also enjoy boating and fishing. My husband Scott, along with our daughter Briley, reside in Manatee County.
